At Holisticbags.shop, we prioritize your shopping experience and want to make sure your personalized leather handbag reaches you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Payment & Checkout

To ensure secure transactions, we comply with the highest Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption, so your information is safe.

We accept payments through:

• Shop Pay

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

We believe in transparency with shipping costs. Our rates are based on real-time carrier rates, ensuring you won’t face unexpected shipping fees during checkout.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Production Time: It typically takes around 7-10 days (for Premium PU material) & 8-12 days (for TOP Grain material) for us to create your custom masterpiece. Each of my product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

Shipping Time:

• 4PX Delivery: $9.99 per (under 1kg) plus $5 with each additional kg.

It typically takes 15-21 business days for your order to arrive.

• Please note: Currently, we are unable to ship to US Military bases. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there’s no tracking information available initially, it just means that the carrier hasn’t processed the package yet.

Note: Transit times do not include the production time.

Incorrect Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed,” or “return to sender,” we will notify you via email. Once we receive the package back, we will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.

Important: Refunds are processed after the package returns to our facility, and it may take 2-8 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to address errors.

Package Redirection

Once the package leaves our warehouse, if you request the final mile carrier to redirect or forward the package, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs.

During “free shipping” promotions, if your order is returned due to an incorrect or unknown address, the refund will be issued minus the shipping and handling fees that would have applied without the promotion.

Lost Packages

If the post office reports that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at cs@somedaybags.com , and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. Once your return is processed, you will be notified by email.

For defective or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund. For non-defective items, refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items

Did you receive a faulty or incorrect item? We’re here to help! Please email our Customer Support at cs@somedaybags.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• A photo or video of the defective/damaged item (if applicable)

• Your delivery address

• Your contact phone number

For some cases, we may ask for visual proof to proceed with the refund or replacement.

Missing Items

If you’ve received your package but an item is missing, it may have been shipped separately. Reach out to us at cs@somedaybags.com , and we’ll help you track it down.

Package Marked as Delivered, but Missing

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, it may still be on its way. Sometimes tracking systems update prematurely. Contact us at cs@somedaybags.com for further assistance, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
