However, we do not offer customization for font or color. You can add your name using the available font option for the specific bag design.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are on holiday, orders may be processed 3-5 days slower

Production Time: It typically takes around 10-14 business days (for Premium PU material) & 12-16 business days (for TOP Grain material) for us to create your custom masterpiece. Each of my product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

- Shipping Time: You will receive your order anywhere from 10 - 14 business days (depending on the shipping method you chose) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

- Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online. (Normally you will receive the tracking number after 5-7 days)

Where is my order being shipped from?

Our leather handbags are manufactured in China. We would love to produce our products domestically in the USA.

We have explored every possibility to do so, but it's simply not feasible, as the production costs would prevent us from offering a competitive price point to consumers.

We carefully choose each factory we collaborate with and diligently work with them to ensure that every product meets the highest standards and adheres to our strict legal and social requirements.
