Refund policy

We understand that life is like that, and sometimes you may need to modify or cancel an order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to assist you!

Please note: If your order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Additionally, an administration, processing and transaction fee (20% of the total order value) will apply to order cancellations.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You have 3 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at cs@somedaybags.com ;with the subject line: “Return SomedayBags Product”. Include your receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the product and its packaging.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. Please send your return to:

Important: We cannot accept returns of opened products as they may have been tampered with after opening.

Refund Requests:

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

• Returns must be insured and trackable through shipping.

• Returns must be postmarked within 3 calendar days of receipt (e.g. if your receipt is dated December 1, 2024, your return must be postmarked by December 4, 2024).

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards. If you used a gift card during checkout, the refund will be issued back to the gift card and not to another payment method.

What if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?

You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive the product to respond regarding defective/incorrect/damaged goods.

If you receive a defective, incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team at cs@somedaybags.com. Include the following details:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos of the damaged/faulty product (if available)

• Your full shipping address

• Your contact phone number

In some cases, we may require additional evidence (such as photos or videos) to process a return or exchange.

What happens next?

• We will send a replacement product to your address free of charge within 5-15 business days.

Missing refund or exchange (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company – processing times may vary.

3. Contact your bank – they often take time to process refunds.

4. If you have followed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@somedaybags.com and we will help you;

Sale or Promotional Items

Please note: We DO NOT refund or exchange items purchased during a special sale or promotion (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free, discount codes greater than 10% or Free Shipping promotions).

We encourage you to contact our customer support before returning any item to ensure it is eligible for a return or exchange. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have!
